However, its biggest advantage is the excellent location: right in the city centre but still very quiet!

1.Bezirk: Very nice, historical small apartment house, built in 1948. In a central, quiet position, on a side street. In the house: lift, central heating. Shop 300 m, grocers 100 m, supermarket 300 m, restaurant, bus stop 100 m, underground station 300 m. The house is in an excellent position in the heart of town: Vienna's sights can be reached on foot. NB: Short stay parking area.

The city on the Danube and the capital of Austria is a famous capital of culture. The city made famous by Mozart and Strauss has lots of attractions to make it a must for a visit at any time of year. Wonderful selection of museums and art galleries, great cafes and restaurants, cathedral, Hofburg Palace, Schoenbrunn castle, the Spanish riding school and the opera are all worth a visit. Access: railway station in town. In summer, the tourist region, Danube Island and the Vienna Prater. NOTE: of 1 until 9 District (at1010 - at1090) is fee-parking zone with the maximum parking time of 2 hours. In these districts, it is advisable to take advantage of our 'Park and Ride garages.
