Also on the ground floor: a double bedroom and a shower room with wc. Upstairs is a large room with three single beds. Cot and highchair available. Bed linen included. Position: Two miles from Locoal-Mendon for shops and supermarket with the picturesque market town of Auray for more shops, restaurants and its Monday market five miles away. Six miles from the fashionable resort of Carnac with its sandy beaches. The Gulf of Morbihan with its myriad islands is within easy reach for fascinating boat trips. This wood clad 'eco' style house has been built by the owner in the beautiful grounds of his own house but facing away from it to give privacy and seclusion and is accessed via a private drive. Peaceful tree filled garden with a large pond full of wildlife (unfenced) with its own island and plenty of space for children's games. Terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. The heated swimming pool (10x5m 14/05-30/09) is between the back of the house and the owners' house and is shared with them and their grandson. Two bicycles available.
