Upper floor: 1 room with 3 beds (80 cm). Electric heating. Terrace 25 m2. Terrace furniture. Facilities: washing machine. Please note: only 1 dog accepted. The terrace directly faces the beach.

Single-family house, built in 1959. Outside the resort, 1.5 km from the centre of l'Ile Rousse, 100 m from the beach, in the countryside. Private: garden (not fenced). Uneven motor access to the house (via unmade road). Parking by the house. Grocers, restaurant 600 m, sandy beach, rocky beach 100 m. Golf course 10 km, tennis 1 km, riding stables 4 km. Direct access to the sandy beach. The house is situated in grounds of 2 hectares in natural state where FR9250.102.1 is also situated. Please note: the railway line linking Calvi-Ile Rousse passes near the entrance to the property (100 m). 2 to 3 trains a day.

Sightseeing: La Misericorde church, 18th century castle ruins, lighthouse on Pietra island, 15th century look-out tower, maritime museum, yacht harbour. Excursions to the mountain road on the island of Rousse. Small tourist train to Pietra island with its little red granite islands.
