Situated on the banks of the Seine, the capital of France constitutes a cultural, artistic and architectural centre large, historical city. Concerts, evening entertainment, attractions. For arrivals by plane: airport Orly (ORY) 20 km, Roissy (CDG) 30 km. Eifel Tower, Arc de Triomphe, the Louvre, Sacre-Coeur, Notre Dame, Paris Opera, Montmartre. Very beautiful views of town from the Montparnasse tower. Boat trips on the Seine or coach tours. The metro is the quickest form of transport in Paris (good-value weekly card).
