Interior

Facilities: washing machine. The accommodation is reached via a small lane 150 m long and about 15 steps. This unit has access to the swimming pool.
House / Residence
The residence ' Les Coteaux de la Nartelle' consists of several buildings, some of them have no access to the swimming pool. Residence enclosed by a gate with access code. The access to the apartments is via steps and the road to reach the sea is sloping. Outside the resort, 5 km from the centre of Ste Maxime, in a sunny, elevated position on a slope, 700 m from the sea. For shared use: park 5 ha with plants and trees, swimming pool (8 x 8 m, depth 100 - 300 cm, 15.04.-15.09.). Table tennis, children's playground, parking. Shop 5 km, shopping centre 5 km, restaurant 400 m, bus stop, sandy beach 500 m. Golf course 5 km. Please note: car essential.

All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Access: railway station 'St-Raphaël' 36 km. Bus service. For arrivals by plane: airport Toulon-Hyères (TLN) 56 km, Marseille (MRS) 144 km, Nice (NCE) 98 km. Not to be confused with the new lagoon town 'Port Grimaud'.
