Old, nice single-family house 'L'Auzière de Soubeyras', built in 1900, renovated in 2002. Outside the resort. Private: grounds 2 ha, swimming pool fenced (10 x 5 m, depth 90 - 170 cm, 01.05.-30.09.). Pool house with shower and WC. Parking in the grounds. Please note: car essential. The grounds are treelined, with furniture and also with a cabin as well as a small spring. The Pool house has a summer kitchen 45 m2 (dining table, 4 electric hot plates, oven, dishwasher, 2 fridges, pizza oven). Included in the price: 2 hours of cleaning per day (except Sundays), pool towels. On request, it is possible to have the services of a cleaning lady and a cook. Lovely view of the Luberon and the small surrounding villages.
