Grocers 700 m, bus stop 50 m, railway station 'Desenzano' 4 km, pebble beach 300 m. There are 3 irregular shaped swimming pool. There are many apartment for residents only. The complex is suitable for families with children because is virtually car-free, cars can only use the underground roads to the parking spaces (access to the underground parking max height cm 230). The swimming pool cannot be use in bad weather. Restaurant and bar open only in high season (June to September).
