1 km from Monteverdi Marittimo: The country estate comprises several famhouses and a manor house which the owners occupy. The farmhouses are completely separate and have extensive private outdoor areas and are equipped with barbeque and garden furniture. Furthermore, the swimming pool is available to guests for shared use, it is heated by solar panels and is open all year round. The owner has erected an open air museum in the communal park with his own sculptures. There is also a large communal room available to guests which is suitable for courses or dinners. Dinner and excursions can be arranged on request. There's also a second partial covered heated swimming pool (measures 3x9). House. 8 km from the centre of Castagneto Carducci, 40 km from the centre of Volterra, in a quiet position, in the countryside. For shared use: park (fenced), swimming pool (16 x 8 m, 04.06.-30.09.).
