Baena 60 km from Córdoba: Family friendly, nice, simple house, built in 2006. Outside the resort, 3 km from the centre of Baena, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position, in the countryside. Private: grounds 3'000 m2 (fenced), garden 800 m2 with lawn, swimming pool (11 x 6 m, 01.05.-31.10.). WC in the pool area, paddling pool, outside shower. Tennis, floodlit, barbecue. In the house: central heating, air conditioning, burglar alarm. Parking in the grounds. Shop 2.5 km, grocers 2.5 km, restaurant 2.5 km, bus stop 3 km, sandy beach 70 km. Ski runs 120 km, childrens play area 3 km. The water for the house is from a well and is not drinkable.
