Sector Fané de Baix: House situated in the first row from the sea nice, comfortable house 'El Paraiso'. Outside the resort, 1.8 km from the centre of Llançà, in a quiet, sunny position, south-east facing position. For shared use: grounds 6'000 m2 with plants and trees, swimming pool (17 x 7 m, depth 200 cm, 01.06.-30.09.). Paddling pool. Tennis, children's playground (swing). Stepped path (4 steps) to the house. Individual garage. Shopping centre 2 km, pebble beach 400 m. A snack bar may be open (15 June-15 Sept) with musical entertainment. Small fishing village, in the north-eastern part of the region, in a convenient position, 24 km north-east from Figueras, 65 km north from Girona, 160 km north-east from Barcelona. In the resort: shops, restaurant, bar, disco, attractions. Access: railway station in the resort. Perpignan 65 km. For arrivals by plane: airport Barcelona-Prat Llob. (BCN) 170 km, Girona-Costa Brava (GRO) 70 km. First mentioned in the 10th century, many cultures have left their mark on the villa and its surrounding area, reflected in the impressive roman monastery of Sant Pere de Rodes. Today, Llanca has kept its fishing harbour with its daily fish market.
