3-room house 38 m2, rustic furnishings: living/dining room with TV. 1 room, without window with 1 double bed. 1 room, without window with 2 beds. Open kitchen (oven, micro wave). Bath/bidet/WC. Electric heating. Barbecue. Facilities: hair dryer. Please note: only 1 dog accepted. The house is a cave which has 2 ventilation systems. The rooms are separated by curtains. Telephone (with direct line outside) with meter. Oven available on request. The TV has 3 international channels in English, German and French.

The Apart-Hotel is a holiday complex with 23 caves, where you can spend a unique holiday in an historic residential area dating as far back as the XVI Century, with all the modern living comforts and with a constant temperature of 18-20 degrees. Holiday village, renovated. 2 km from the centre of Guadix. For shared use: grounds 2'000 m2, garden, swimming pool (15 x 8 m, 01.06.-30.09.). Outside shower. In the house: reception, restaurant. Room cleaning 2 times per week. Parking in the grounds. Grocers 450 m, bus stop 500 m. Extra: Continental breakfast and it is possible to have half board. Sports and organised activities (extra): hiking (minimum of 4 people) in the Parque Natural de Sierra Nevada, horseriding (including classes), hiking paths etc. In July and August they organise guided tours. Motorway 50-100 m. Meeting or conference room (extra). Laundry service with shared washing machine and dryer, token system. The restaurant and reception are suitable for the disabled. The swimming pool also has an access ramp for disabled use.
